WHAT: Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

WHERE: All of Deep South Texas and the Rio Grande Valley.

WHEN: Through Monday morning.

IMPACTS: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Storm drains
and ditches may become clogged with debris.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
- Portions of Deep South Texas have already received 3 to 6 inches
of rainfall over the last 48 hours. Additional rounds of heavy
rainfall are possible through this weekend. Saturated soil and
urban poor drainage could lead to isolated to scattered flash
flooding.
