WHERE: All of Deep South Texas and the Rio Grande Valley. WHEN: Through Monday morning. IMPACTS: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Storm drainsand ditches may become clogged with debris. ADDITIONAL DETAILS: - Portions of Deep South Texas have already received 3 to 6 inchesof rainfall over the last 48 hours.
