WHAT: Flooding caused by localized excessive thunderstorm
rainfall continues to be possible.
WHERE: Southeast Wyoming and the western Nebraska panhandle.
WHEN: Through Thursday evening.
IMPACTS: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
- Localized torrential rainfall in scattered thunderstorm
activity combined with the potential for training
thunderstorms continues to have the potential to produce
flooding.
