WHERE: A portion of Southwest California, including the followingareas, San Diego County Coastal Areas, San Diego County Deserts,San Diego County Mountains and San Diego County Valleys. WHEN: Through late tonight. IMPACTS: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. ADDITIONAL DETAILS: - An Atmospheric River will likely bring widespread moderate toheavy rain to the area today. Heaviest most widespread rainis expected late this morning continuing through the evening.Peak rainfall rates of 0.50 to 1 inch per hour are expected.There is a potential for locally heavier hourly rainfallrates to develop with convection embedded in the main rainband or in thunderstorms after the main band passes.
