WHAT: Visibility as low as one quarter mile in dense fog.

WHERE: Carlton and South St. Louis Counties. This includes the
Tribal Lands of the Fond du Lac Band.

WHEN: Until 4 PM CDT this afternoon.

IMPACTS: Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS: Dense fog is mainly confined to the higher
terrain of the Duluth area and inland away from Lake Superior.
