WHAT: Northwest winds 30 to 45 mph with gusts up to 70 mph
possible.
WHERE: Portions of panhandle Nebraska and southeast Wyoming.
WHEN: From Thursday evening through Friday afternoon.
IMPACTS: Mainly to transportation. Strong cross winds will be
hazardous to light weight or high profile vehicles, including
campers and tractor trailers.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS: Strong gusty winds combined with low humidity
and very dry fuels will produce conditions favorable for the rapid
spread of grassland wildfires.
